If you want your VTULab account deleted, you can request deletion by sending an email to support@vtulab.com .

1. How to Request Deletion

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your full name.
  • Your registered email address or phone number.
  • A clear statement that you want your account deleted.
  • Any other information that helps us verify the account belongs to you.

2. What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • We may contact you to confirm ownership of the account before processing deletion.
  • Once verified, we will review the account for any pending transactions, compliance needs, or unresolved obligations.
  • After review, we will process the deletion request within a reasonable time.

3. Data That May Be Retained

In some cases, we may retain limited records where required for legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, transaction audit, or regulatory compliance purposes. This may include transaction logs, verification history, support records, or security-related audit trails where retention is required.

4. Services Affected

Deleting your account may result in loss of access to your wallet history, verification history, slip downloads, API access, virtual account information, and other related services tied to that account.
