- Wallet balances must be used in accordance with platform rules and applicable law.
- Service pricing may vary based on provider cost, service type, or applicable platform settings.
- Refunds, partial refunds, provider rejections, and processing rules may vary by service type.
4. Identity and Verification Services
Identity-related services may require you to submit personal identifiers such as NIN, BVN, phone number, or related data. You agree that such requests are made lawfully and with proper authority or consent where required.
5. Acceptable Use
- You must not use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity.
- You must not attempt to bypass pricing, authentication, usage controls, or transaction validation.
- You must not interfere with system integrity, service availability, or other users’ access.
6. Third-Party Providers
We may rely on external providers for verification, payments, messaging, API delivery, or other service fulfillment. We are not responsible for every upstream delay, rejection, downtime, or data discrepancy caused by those external providers.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform where necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with the law, investigate abuse, or reduce fraud risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VTULab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including delays, provider failures, network issues, or unauthorized access caused outside our reasonable control.
